Nothing Is Impossible With God

The thing you have been telling yourself is too far gone, too broken, too difficult to change, take it to God. He specializes in impossible.

Transform Tuesday Faith Transformation Breakthrough

There is something in most of us that has quietly been filed under impossible. A relationship that feels too broken to heal. A habit that has followed you for so long you have started to believe it is just part of who you are. A dream that has been deferred so many times you have stopped putting it on any list. A version of yourself you used to believe in but stopped reaching for somewhere along the way.

Today is the day to take that thing out of the impossible file and lay it at the feet of a God for whom that category simply does not exist.

"But Jesus looked at them and said to them, 'With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.'"

Matthew 19:26  ·  NKJV

Scripture quoted from the New King James Version (NKJV).

With men this is impossible. Jesus does not pretend the hard thing is not hard. He acknowledges it. Yes, from a human standpoint, some things genuinely are impossible. But He does not stop there. He shifts the lens entirely. With God all things are possible. Not some things. Not the easy ones or the ones that just need a little nudge. All things.

The transformation you have been waiting for is not too much for God. It may be beyond your reach but it is not beyond His.

This does not mean change happens without effort or without process or without time. It means the God who created everything from nothing is the same God walking with you through the thing that feels impossible right now. That changes what is available to you. It changes what you are allowed to hope for.

So what have you stopped believing God can do in your life? That is the question for today. Bring it back. Lay it down. Let Him be the God of the impossible in your story.

You may have reached the end of what is possible for you. That is exactly where God does His best work.

This week's journal prompts
  • What area of my life have I quietly labeled impossible and stopped bringing to God?
  • What would it look like to believe that God can do the thing I have stopped expecting Him to do?
  • What is one step I can take this week that requires trusting God with something I cannot control?
A Prayer for Today

Lord, I bring You the thing I stopped believing You could change. I have been holding it as impossible for too long. Today I place it back in Your hands. You are the God of all things possible and I choose to trust You with this. Do what only You can do. Amen.

With love and grace,
